Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

What Can Be Returned?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused, clean, and in original packaging. We can’t take back used items for hygiene reasons (like worn scrub cap), and custom items are final sale.
How to Make a Return:
- Email us at admin@cleoscollections.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.
- We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label if needed.
- Once we get it back, you’ll get your refund or exchange within a few business days.
Return Shipping
If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is on you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days and send it back to your original payment method.
